The S.V. Productions present a concert featuring three outstanding groups: Singer/Songwriter Eve Lesov, The Turbine Toolshed, and The Flying Balalaika Brothers. This event is dedicated to International Women’s Day on March 8th.
Eve Lesov is an amazing singer-songwriter-pianist working out of New York. Eve was born and raised in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, which is subtly reflected in her unique and haunting sound. After her classical music education in Kyrgyzstan, she fronted a prize winning and internationally acclaimed alternative rock band. Since Moving to the United States in 2003, Eve has been an active performer in the New York music scene. A pianist, Eve often performs her songs herself.

The Turbine Toolshed first met at weekly Monday night jams at Amarillo’s beautiful Lost Canyon. Each member brings a different genre — Folk, Hip-Hop, Bluegrass, Blues, Dance, Music and Texas Country — to create a remarkable new collective genre and sound to create a memorable audience experience. Despite the band members’ different backgrounds, they agree on one essential thing: keep the audience dancing. is each members understanding of their own genre, while also forming it into the band’s collective sound, that makes each night a different and memorable experience for the audience. Even though the band members backgrounds are different, they can agree on one thing, and that is to keep the audience dancing is each members understanding of their own genre, while also forming it into the band’s collective sound, that makes each night a different and memorable experience for the audience. The Flying Balalaika Brothers were originally comprised of two virtuoso native Russian musicians who combined classical training with folk traditions, later joining American musicians to create a unique sound. First established themselves at small festivals (Gilroy Festival, Sawdust Festival, Valencia Street Market, Pecan Street Festival, Music Under the Stars, Kerrville Folk Festival), they now perform in concert halls around the nation.
